The Premier Promise - A Charitable Giving Program

Our commitment is simple: to support and improve the communities in which our team members and customers live, work and play!

Our Giving Philosophy

Premier Toyota-Scion is dedicated to the community. That's why we've created the Premier Promise Charitable Giving Program. With your vehicle purchase, Premier Toyota-Scion will donate a percentage of your purchase to benefit organizations within Lorain County and the surrounding North Coast communities.

We believe in helping people improve their quality of life...that's the Premier Difference.

To be eligible to receive support, organizations must be:

Tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) status institutions;
Non-sectarian, non-political and non-discriminatory;
Must meet proven requirements.

To apply:

Fill out an application, available at Premier Toyota;

Submit application and proposal outlining:

Organization
Program or project description
Purpose and amount of grant request
Budget for current year
Leaders and board of directors
Public relations efforts to publicize projects

Please provide all support documentation.

Your proposal should include the following:

Identification
Provide organization name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and name of the representative to whom all correspondence should be addressed;
Program/Project Description
Describe the background objectives of the program/project, including the purpose and history of the organization, geographical area and population served;
Purpose and Amount
Describe and outline the purpose and amount of the grant request, including a line-item budget for the proposed /program, timetable, excepted outcome and evaluation methodology, list of all other sources of financial support, and an explanation of how the project relates to Premier Toyota-Scion's funding interests. Premier Toyota-Scion will consider funding toward tangible items along with an itemization of what the grant monies will be used for.
(Note: Premier Toyota-Scion does not provide funding for salaries, stipends, travel costs or general operating purposes.)
Budget
Provide the operating budget for the current year that details the organization's planned expenses and income resources;
Leaders
Provide a list of the board of directors;
Public Relations
Describe how the organization will publicize the project, as well as Premier Toyota-Scion's contribution.

IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt letter
Brochures, press releases or visuals relating to the event programs
Description of the receiving organization will publicize the event/program and Premier Toyota-Scion's contribution
An electronic version - CD Rom or 3.5" diskette - of this information formatted in PC-Compatible Microsoft Word.

This application must be completed and submitted in its entirety to be considered for a charitable contribution. All requests that adhere to our guidelines will be taken into consideration by an internal committee. Incomplete applications will be returned to the sending organization. While we recognize that there are many worthwhile causes and organizations, we regret that some worthy programs may not receive our support due to funding limitations. Grant requests that are not approved may be re-submitted.
