My husband and I both feel that [our service] was very satisfactory at this point... And also I was very pleased when my husband called in to schedule the service that the young lady who made the appointment gave us her [personal] pre-scheduled appointment to accommodate our time frame needs. In this day and age kind acts like that are few and far between.

The recall visit for my 07 Tundra went quite smoothly and quickly. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. I have no doubt that any problems with Toyota will be thoroughly addressed. I don't have that confidence with other auto manufacturers. Whenever I show up for service, there is never a long wait. I am so pleased with the staff and service that yesterday, my wife and I traded in our 07 Tundra on a 2010 Tundra.
The service department is the determining factor whether we stay with a dealer or brand as customer service is the most important factor to me. If there is a problem, no matter how big or small, we want it addressed. Premier Toyota appears to realize this and I hope the fact we traded up on the Tundra show's our vote of confidence in your service department, sales staff and Toyota.
