Last week I found out my Corolla was one of the recalled models and then on Monday when I tried to start it after sitting in the garage for several days, it wouldn't start, which really had me upset because this is the first time that has ever happened and worried me about the reliability of the vehicle... Well thankfully after many tries, the Corolla finally did turn over and I brought it right in to the dealership to see if there was a problem with the ignition or battery. [Premier's] staff was very professional, efficient and quick to try and solve the problem. I also appreciated the fact that after making the trip out, [the] service department was able to fix the recalled brake pedal problem at the same time. They told me it would take an hour and it did take almost exactly that amount of time, so I also appreciated not having to wait all morning."

The recall visit for my 07 Tundra went quite smoothly and quickly. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. I have no doubt that any problems with Toyota will be thoroughly addressed. I don't have that confidence with other auto manufacturers. Whenever I show up for service, there is never a long wait. I am so pleased with the staff and service that yesterday, my wife and I traded in our 07 Tundra on a 2010 Tundra.
The service department is the determining factor whether we stay with a dealer or brand as customer service is the most important factor to me. If there is a problem, no matter how big or small, we want it addressed.
