The offerings are designed to help meet the unique needs of business customers, including open-end (TRAC) leases, vehicle credit lines, consolidated billing statements, and specialized customer service.
Q: What types of businesses are eligible for TFS Business Solutions?
A: The business must be a legal entity (e.g., corporation, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, etc., or be a sole proprietorship) to qualify for TFS Business Solutions.
Q: Do I have to own a large "fleet" of vehicles to be eligible?
A: No, you don't have to own a large "fleet" of vehicles to be eligible for the TFS Business Solutions program, as it is designed to support the vehicle financing needs of small to medium sized businesses. Q: What type of documentation will I need to qualify for TFS Business Solutions financing?
A: All that is required is a completed credit application and other documentation for verification and financial review purposes for both the business and owners/guarantors, as applicable. Some applications may require further consideration and additional information may be required.

Q: What is considered a "Fleet Company"?
A: A fleet company is defined by Toyota as any company that has 10 or more vehicles in service. The vehicle registration must be in the name of the company and not an individual.
Q: Can lease vehicles count as part of a fleet?
A: Lease companies are not considered by Toyota as accounts which qualify for Fleet production. However, commercial accounts who choose to finance or have their fleet purchases through a commercial lease company, may order Fleet production. For orders of this nature, the commercial lease company must apply for a Fleet ID.
Q: Which vehicles qualify for fleet purchases?
A: All new Toyota and Scion vehicles may be purchased under the commercial fleet program.
